Electronic Communications
MTTI’s intensive curriculum will teach you to install telephones, cable TV, broadband and mobile internet, or satellite TV. You’ll also be introduced to electronic security, including closed circuit television surveillance, identity and access management, and intercoms.

Internship
Electronic Communications Technicians complete a 1-2 week Internship with a telecom or security company. Successful internships provide a positive reference for future employment; students may also receive an offer of employment at the internship site.
Tool Bonus
Students who obtain training-related employment within 90-days of graduation will be eligible to keep the laptop computer and receive a $200 tool bonus. The complete Tool Bonus Policy is outlined in the Student Orientation Booklet.
Program Length & Calendar
The Electronic Communications Technician program is a day-time program that is completed in just 27 weeks, including 1-2 weeks of internship. For more information, please contact MTTI about the next class start date.
Faculty & Staff
MTTI Instructors are highly experienced professional Electronic Communications Technicians that meet the standards of approval by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Division of Proprietary Schools and the ACCSC (the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges.) MTTI Instructors and Staff work together with Career Service Specialists to assist students in pursuing their career goals.
Diploma
Students who successfully complete the 825-hour program will receive an Electronic Communications Technician Diploma. Each of MTTI’s programs has been approved by the Massachusetts and Rhode Island state education agencies, and the ACCSC (the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges.)
